Healthy Community Living

The Health Community Living (HCL) program is about all people having opportunities to live well and participate fully in their communities and was created to be delivered by CILs. Purchasing an HCL License gives access to both Independent Living Skills workshops for consumers and facilitator training for staff.

The Advocacy Institute

The Advocacy Institute provides information about the impact of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act on students with disabilities. There is also a resource center for filing an effective state complaint under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
