The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission provides information about disability discrimination and fact sheets on legislation protecting the workplace rights of people with disabilities. The EEOC also explains the employment rights of people with disabilities. 

The Advocacy Institute provides information about the impact of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act on students with disabilities. There is also a resource center for filing an effective state complaint under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
